Press [FAX] to set the machine to the Fax mode.

Prepare the document and place it face down on the platen
glass.
To adjust the resolution, see "Adjusting the Scan Settings," on p. 3-2.

To adjust the contrast, see "Fax Settings," on p. 6-6.

Press [Function].
Press [Book Sending].
Press [4 ] or [ e] to display the document size.
BOOK TX SCAN SIZE
Press [Set] ➞ [Function].
[Function] light must be off.
