Three-Party-Conference

If your user group has the corresponding authorisation configured, you can
conduct a telephone conference (maximum of 3 subscribers). Conference partici-
pants can be internal or external callers. Three-party conferences cannot be con-
nected.

During a conference, you can speak to conference participants separately.

Establish enquiry connection (see page 63).
When the subscriber answers, announce the conference.
Press softkey briefly.
Use the navigation keys to select the 3 Party menu entry and
confirm with the Ok softkey. The conference is initiated.

Use the navigation keys to select the 3 Party End menu entry and
confirm with the Ok softkey.
Press softkey briefly.
Use the navigation keys to select the Toggle menu entry and
confirm with the Ok softkey. Both connections are held and you can
toggle between the subscribers using the softkey.
