ELECTRICAL
STARTER SOLENOID REMOVAL &
INSTALLATION
Procedure:
1. Park machine on level surface, park brake ON,
engine OFF.
2. Lift seat and remove negative battery cable from
battery terminal.
3. Remove positive battery cable from battery
terminal.
4. Remove battery hold-down (rubber strap) from
frame, and lift battery from tractor.
5. Starter solenoid is located under operator's seat in
front of battery.
201 Red To Battery
201 Red To Fuse
6. Follow wiring above to remove and replace
solenoid from frame.
7. When connecting battery, always connect positive
cable to battery terminal first, and negative cable
last.
