If the operation with great consumption on cpu is carried out
in short time, then it is normal phenomenon. Commands show
process, show process detail can be used to view CPU utilization.

Alarm occured:

NP(M) panel 7 current CPU load is: 80%.
Alarm cleared:
An alarm 16899 level 5 cleared at 00:53:07 01/01/2001 UTC sent

NP(M) panel 7 current CPU load is: 50%.
