Description
One or several blank pages are printed.
When the printer turns on, several blank pages print.

Defective control board
Solution
1. Perform the engine self test using DCU. If blank page prints, the control board is defective. If the
printer works normally, refer to next solution (2). If the control board is defective, check the
connection on the control board, QP1700 pin 125, and 202.
2. If blank page is printed one time or continuously, check that the video controller oscillates properly
at 47.7789 MHz. (lower than 0.75V, higher than 3.5V)
3. If blank pages prints continuously when the printer turns on, check the CPU works properly, and
replace if defective.
