Fault Ghost (6)
Description
White ghost occurs in the black image printing at 46 mm intervals.
Check
1. Developer cartridge
Cause
1. The life of the developer may be expired.
2. Abnormal transfer voltage or bad contact of the transfer roller
Solution
1. Measure the weight of the developer and replace if the weight is less than 960g +/-20g.
2. Check the supply voltage and adjust if necessary. Check for the contact.
