Pre-tightening 1.5 ± 0.1
Tightening 5 ± 0.1
Slackening 360°± 2°
Tightening 2 ± 0.2
Angular tightening 285° ± 5°
(in the order 1 to 10)
NOTE: Oil the threads and
under the heads of the cylinder
head bolts. (Use engine oil or
Molykote G Rapid Plus.)

Cylinder head bolts
A = Washer thickness : 4 ± 0.2 mm.
X = Length under heads of the new bolts = 144.5 ± 0.5 mm.
X = MAX. re-usable length
