Energy Save Mode

In Energy Save Mode, if you do not operate the oven for
3 minutes or more (i.e. closing the door, pressing the
STOP/CLEAR pad, or at the end of cooking), the display
will be blank and the oven cannot be used. To restore
power on, open and then close the door, ". 0" will be
displayed and the oven is ready for use.
If you set the clock, Energy Save Mode will be cancelled.
To start Energy Save Mode manually, follow the
instructions below.
* To start the Energy Save Mode (the display shows
the time of day).
Step
Press the CLOCK pad once.

Press the INSTANT COOK/START pad.

The power will be off and the display will show
nothing.
While the oven is in Demonstration mode, in Child Lock,
or cooling fan is working, Energy Save Mode will be
cancelled temporarily.

MANUAL OPERATIONS

Microwave Time Cooking

This is a manual cooking feature, fi rst enter the cooking
time then the power level.
You can programme up to 99 minutes, 90 seconds.
There are 6 different power levels.

This variable cooking control allows you to select the
rate of microwave cooking.
If a power level is not selected, then 100% (HIGH power)
is automatically used.
* Suppose you want to cook for 10 minutes at 100%
(HIGH power).

Enter desired cooking time.

Press the INSTANT COOK/START pad.

The timer begins to count down.
To lower the power, press the POWER LEVEL pad once.
Note the display will indicate "100P". To lower to "70P",
press the POWER LEVEL pad again. Repeat as necessary
to select "50P", "30P", "10P" or "0P" power levels.
* Suppose you want to cook Fish Fillets for 10 minutes
at 50% (MEDIUM power).

Select power level by pressing the POWER
LEVEL pad as required (for 50% press three
times).

Enter desired cooking time.

Press the INSTANT COOK/START pad.

The timer begins to count down.
If the door is opened during cooking process, the cooking
time in the readout automatically stops. The cooking
time starts to count down again when the door is closed
and the INSTANT COOK/START pad is pressed.
If you want to check the power level during the cooking,
press POWER LEVEL pad. As long as your fi nger is
pressing the POWER LEVEL pad, the power level will
be displayed.
If more than 20 minutes at 100% power is entered,
the microwave power will be reduced after 20 minutes
to avoid overheating.
