Problem
The oil or fat foams strongly during
frying.
Possible cause
The food contains too much
moisture.
The type of oil or fat used is
unsuitable for deep-frying food.
The inner bowl has not been
cleaned properly.

Solution
Dry the food thoroughly before
frying it.
Use frying oil or liquid frying fat of
good quality. Never mix two
different types of oil or fat.
Clean the inner bowl as described
in these instructions for use.
