Symptom
Motor does not run

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Possible Cause
There is no power reaching the pump,
the LCD is not illuminated
The motor thermal overload
protection is activated
The pump has reached cut-out pressure Open valves on outlet to release water
The pump is sucking air
The pump is not primed
The pump or discharge outlet
is blocked
Ensure PCB is set to auto or ever
run mode
Incorrect assembly leads to air and
water leakage in the suction and
discharge lines
Not enough water in tank
Air leak in the suction line
The pump doesn't build enough
pressure to operate
Has not used the YardWorks supplied
outlet adaptors
Electrical fault with the pump
Suggested Solution
Check the mains power outlet, ensure that the
electrical plug of the pump has been correctly
inserted
Determine the cause of the problem and press
the Restart button for 5 seconds or wait for the
motor to cool down and then restart the pump
Verify the joints are sealed tightly
Fill the pump with water for it to finish priming
Check the pump and discharge outlet for any
foreign matter and remove if found
Refer page 14 for operation instructions
Ensure the suction and discharge lines are the
correct length and all assembly instructions are
adhered to
Fill water tanks
Check the suction line connections for air leaks
and tighten or fix where found
Check the suction line connections for air leaks and

Check the water source tank has water in it
Ensure gateway valve is fully opened
Replace with YardWorks supplied outlet adaptor
