Selectable settings
Select the language used for on-screen information and voice guidance.
English, Espanol,
Fran~ais
Select either 12-hour system or 24-hour system.
12 Hours, 24 Hours
Activate this if your residential area is subject to DSl.
Auto: Activates daylight saving time.
Off:
Cancels.
Select your residential area from one of the following time zones for
clock adjustment.
Hawaii, Alaska, Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Atlantic,
Newfoundland
US: When using in North/Central/South America. FM/AM intervals are
set to 200 kHzll 0kHz.
EU : When using in any other areas. FM/AM intervals are set to SO kHz
(100 kHz during auto search)/9 kHz.
SA: When using in South American countries where FM interval is
100 kHz. AM interval is set to 10kHz.
On: Activates the key-touch tone.
Off:
Cancels.
Edit the voice message at startup/shutdown of the System.
• lo edit the message, press [Edit], enter the message, then press
[OK].*2 You can listen to the edited message by pressing [Test].

Initialize all settings you have made. Press [Restore] to initialize the
settings.
• When restoring the settings, adjust the settings on installation
setting screen (I&' page 9).
