3) Set the dip switches of Building Distributor to match its assigned ID.
4) Run "NAME TOOL_200.exe" file.
5) Select the Building ID in " Select No ". on the menu.
6) Select the port connecting with the computer in " Select Port "
7) Select " Add " to enter a resident number and name
