READ BLOCK LIMITS

The READ BLOCK LIMITS command requests that the drive return the maximum
and minimum block sizes that it supports. The maximum block size is set to
0xFFFFFF and the minimum block size is set to 1.
The format of the data returned is shown in Table 62.
