To prepare separate descriptions for each of these conditions we create two
subdirectories named after the checks. In the Minimum Password Length
subdirectory we create an HTML page named WARN.html, shown in
Figure 8-36.

This page includes simple instructions to the user for changing the minimum
password length setting. This page mostly consists of static HTML, shown in
Example 8-6. It also introduces some of the tags described in 8.3.2,
"Variables and variable tags" on page 402.
