Connect to a code-approved masonry chimney
or listed factory-built fireplace chimney with a
direct flue connector into the first chimney liner
section.
CAUTION: Special methods are required when
passing chimney through a wall or ceiling, refer
to local building codes. Do not connect this unit
to a chimney flue serving another appliance.
NOTE: Replace glass only with 5mm CERAMIC
or NEOCERAM glass.

WARNINGS
Risk of smoke and flame spillage,
operate only with doors fully open
or fully closed.
Do not obstruct space under heater.
Do not use grate or elevate fire. Build
wood fire directly on stone.
Do not overfire. If the heater or
chimney connector glows, you are
overfiring.
"TRIM" is defined as any combustible
protruding 1/2" or less from the wall.
When installed on a combustible floor,
non-combustible floor protection, with a
R value of 1.0 or greater, is required to
cover the area beneath the heater, 16" in
front of, and 8" beyond both sides of the
glass opening. (See "Top View" diagram
