Problem
The telephone freezes
The telephone does not ring
The telephone cannot find a system ID at
"SUBSCRIPTION CREATE"
The telephone cannot subscribe even if
system ID has been found
Not possible to turn on the telephone
The telephone turn off when recieving a call
and going off-hook

Check
Remove and replace the battery pack. Press
Check whether the ringer is SILENT or RINGER VOL. is OFF
Check whether the system is set to allow subscriptions
Check if Access Code is necessary
Check if battery is connected. If yes, charge the battery
Charge the battery. If still a problem change the battery as it might
be defective
