Basic Operation

Powering up the terminal

6. Turn off power to the terminal.
7. Ensure that all the cables are connected to the 9505A handset as shown
below
8. Turn off the 9505A phone (if not already off).
9. Turn on power to the terminal. The 9505A phone will automatically turn on.
10. Please wait for up to 60 seconds for the phone to register.
11. You are now ready to make calls using either standard phone equipment
connected to the RJ11 sockets or the Intelligent handset if installed to the
terminal.

Operational Notes:

1. The 9505A battery will charge from the main power source of the IntelliDOCK
to ensure that it is always charged and ready for use out of the docking
station.
2. Care should always be taken when connecting and disconnecting cables in
order to not damage the connectors or the cables.
3. To remove the 9505A phone for portable use, please turn off power to the
terminal. If required, also press the 9505A power button to turn phone off.
