15-7 Timer Programming and Recording

To record a TV program using your VCR ensure that the connections to your VCR are as shown in
the "Connections" section and use your VCR as normal. You can set timer manually or
automatically from the guide.
Timer Programming (manual)
The "Timer Programming" function enables the
receiver to automatically switch to your pre-
selected channels at pre-selected times.
Press [ Menu ], select " Timer Programming"
and press [ OK ].
Press [ OK ] make a new entry or edit an old Entry.
In the "Enter Details" mode to move between options
use the up and down navigation buttons. To edit details
use the right and left navigation buttons, or enter 0-9 on
the remote where applicable.
In the "CN" option enter the three-digit channel of
choice.
In the "Date" option enter the date in the dd / mm /
yyyy format.
In the "Time" option enter the start time in the
hh:mm format.
In the "Duration" option enter the duration. Use the
hh:mm format.
If you would like to repeat this recording regularly
enter your selection in the "Repeat" option. Your
choices are No, Weekly, Daily, Mon-Fri and
Mon-Sat.
If the program includes subtitles and you would
like to record them select " Yes " in the " Subtitles
" option. Otherwise, choose "No."
Press [ OK ] to save entry.
