15-5 Language and TV Setup
This feature allows you to set the languages for
subtitles, data services, audio and on screen
display. The choice of languages offered is
English, Welsh and Gaelic.
Press [Menu] on the remote.
Select "Setup" and press [OK].
Select "Languages" and press [OK].
Select a feature and select your desired
language.
Press [Exit] to save changes and exit this
menu.
TV Setup
This feature allows you to set the receiver to best
suit your TV type.
Press [Menu] on the remote.
Select "TV Setup" and press [OK].
Select "Television Type." Choose 16:9 for
a wide screen TV or 4:3 for a conventional one.
The "Wide screen" option is only available if you
selected 4:3 as your TV type. You are now
prompted to choose how you would like wide
screen images to be shown on your TV. Choose
from Letterbox, Center Cutout or Full Frame.
The "Standard" option sets the SCART output
mode. The options are CVBS and RGB.
The TV is CVBS.
The UHF - Please note this feature is not used
on this model.
Press [Exit] to save changes and exit this menu.
