15 DVB-T OPERATIONS

Preparations
Insert DVB-T antenna to DVB-T antenna socket, and then press the TV/AV button on the remote
control or press the TV/AV/DVD button on the front panel to enter DVB-T/AV2 mode. You are
waiting several second, picture will display on screen.
Note: when you enter DVB-T/AV2, press the DVB button, all the DVB-T's buttons have effect,
otherwise all the DVB-T's buttons have not effect.
15-1 Basic operations
Once the receiver has been correctly connected, the unit must be tuned by scanning for available
signals when being used for the first time.
Tuning the Receiver for the First Time
When the receiver is powered up for the
first time a welcome screen is displayed.
Select English using Up / down keys in
LANGUAGE SELECTION
Select England in REGION SELECTION
Press [ OK ] on the remote to tune the unit.
Tuning takes a few minutes. A progress bar is
displayed at the bottom of the screen. Please wait.
Once the receiver has been completely tuned it
will automatically display the first channel.
At this point, tuning is complete and you can
now use your receiver.
If at a later point you would like to retune your
receiver to either add new channels or to rescan
previously deleted channels, you may do so
by following the instructions in the "Advanced
Operations" section.

To learn about other advanced settings such as "Parental Control," "TV Setup" "Language," "Setting your
PIN" and "Timer Programming and Recording" refer to the "Advanced Operations" section.
