15-4 Advanced Operations
Additional setup menu options are available for you to set up your system.
In the event that you may have deleted a channel that you would like to add back, or you would
like to scan for new channels, you can use either of the tuning methods of your choice that are
described in this section.
Automatic Scan (Automatic Tuning)
Press [Menu] on the remote to display
Menu screen.
Use the navigation buttons to highlight
the "Setup" option and press [OK].
You will be prompted to enter your Personal
Identification Number (PIN) to access the
"Service Setup" menu.
Enter your four digit PIN ( the default
PIN is set to 0000).
In the " Service Setup " menu select " Full
Scan Add New Services " or "Full Scan
Replace Existing Services" and press [OK].
The "Full Scan Add New Services" option will add
new channels that are available to your receiver
whereas the " Full Scan Replace Existing
Services " option will replace the current channel
settings and scan for new ones
