2) Paragon 4 contains 8 programs: Manual, Intervals, Weight Loss, Hill Run, 5K, 10K, HRC, Custom
3) Paragon 5 contains 10 programs: Manual, Intervals, Peak Intervals, Weight Loss, Hill Run, 5K, 10K, HRC, Custom 1, Custom 2

1) MANUAL: Adjust your speed and incline manually during your workout.
2) INTERVALS: Walk or run a series of alternating incline levels. Time-based goal with 10 difficulty levels to choose from. Warm-up
and cool down last 4:00 minutes each and are included in program times.
