Description
Setup Video memory mode.
When Fixed then 128MB or 256MB (se below)
will always be present.
When DVMT then memory will be dynamically
adjusted up to 128MB or 256MB (se below)
when needed.

CRT is onboard CRT VGA ouput.
The settings involving LFP, EFP, EFP2, TV and
CRT2 are only relevant if SDVO card is installed.
SDVO options:
LFP is LVDS panel no. 1.
EFP is DVI panel no. 1.
EFP2 is DVI panel no. 2.
TV is TV (not available at present time)
CRT2 is second CRT.
LVDS Auto Configuration using EEProm.
N/A when no ADD2 card is installed.
DVI-D when ADD2-DVI card is installed.
Optional for DVI + CRT card.
CRT when ADD2-CRT card is installed.
If ADD2 LVDS card is connected select
requested resolution/display type.
