flash
The flash fires automatically in low light or backlight
conditions.
This emits pre-flashes to reduce the occurrence of red-eye in
your pictures.
The flash fires regardless of the available light.
The flash always fires after pre-flashes for red-eye reduction
are emitted.
The flash does not fire.
The flash fires with slow shutter speed. The flash fires right
after the shutter fully opens (1 st curtain). As the flash fires
with slow shutter speed, you can capture both the
background, such as a night view, and the subject.
While using slow synchronization (1 st curtain) with flash
shooting, you can also use this function to achieve red-eye
reduction. Use this mode to take pictures of a person against
a night view.
