DUST COLLECTION AND STAND INSTALL
1.
With the bed upside down, install the dust collection adapter and dust hose to the chip catcher under the cutterhead using
4 Phillips screws (FIG.13 and 13A (X,Y,Z)).
2.
Place support plate (W) (FIG.13B) onto bed, place hose (B) through opening and line up the 4 slotted holes (A) with holes
in the bed.
3.
Place assembled stand onto the bed, pulling the hose through the opening of the motor assembly towards the dust port
on left side of the machine (FIG.14).
4.
With hardware, (FIG.14A (B,C,D)) install from bed side up into the threaded insert in the legs (FIG.14 (A)) with procedure
(FIG.15 (B,C,D)) and arrow pointing to threaded insert. Tighten at this time.
5.
Tighten all stand hardware at this time.
6.
Take dust port (FIG.16 (A)), adapter (B) and 3 Phillips screw (C) and attach together (FIG.17) using a Phillips driver (not supplied).
7.
Attach the hose coupler (FIG.18) to the adapter (FIG.16 (B)) and tighten nut and bolt (B,C).
8.
Attach this assembly to the legs with 4 machine screws (FIG.19 (D)). FIG.19A shows assembly.
9.
Attach hose (FIG.20 (E)) to dust port hose coupler (F).
10.
Lastly, install the rubber feet onto each leg (FIG.21) and line up the 3 holes (A) in each leg with the foot and using a rubber
mallet, (not supplied) tap into place (FIG.22 (B)).
