4.2.3 Removal of leg supports

By pulling up the respective locking le-
ver of the legrest (fig. 12/
) the legrest
can be swivelled outward and removed
toward the top (fig. 13).
4.2.4 Attachment of leg sup-
ports
Insert leg supports from above at an
angle into the leg support holders and
swivel supports forwards until you hear
them click into place.
Attention:
Do not forget to check the correct

functioning of the respective locking
device (fig. 12/
) after having swiv-
elled in the leg supports again.

4.2.5 Angle adjustable legrest

When seated in the wheelchair, ask a
carer to raise the leg support to the de-
sired level. The compensation of the
length is given through the pivot point
at the knee joint.
1. First secure the legrest with one hand
against swivelling down, then loos-
en the clamping lever (fig. 13/
Attention:
Do not let the legrest fall down
!
through its own weight. – Danger of
squashing!
2. Let the legrest be lifted to the de-
sired level and retighten the clamp-
ing lever (fig. 13/
).
To lower the legrest, relieve it for a mo-
ment by lifting your shank (attendant)
and then loosen the clamping lever (fig.
13/
).
The leg support can now be moved slow-
ly downwards.
Attention:
Never put the free hand into the

adjustment mechanism while adjust-
ing the height adjustable legrest.

4.2.6 Adjustment of foot plate
angle
After removing the locking screw (fig.
13.1/
) pull out the teeth and set the
angle of the foot plate. Re-tighten screw.
The regulating screw (fig. 13.1/
used to correct the angle of the foot
plates in a crosswise direction.
