5.3 Therapy table

Attention:
Always ensure that brakes are secured
!
before the installation, setting, adjust-
ment or removal of the therapy ta-
ble.
• Sharp objects (e.g. watches, rings,
knives or belt buckles) and coarse
dust can cause unattractive score
marks and scratches to the surface
of the therapy table.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive
substances to clean the therapy ta-
ble!
• Do not place hot objects on the ther-
apy table!
• Do not travel with the therapy table
in place if it holds loose objects or
containers filled with liquid!

5.3.1 Assembly of the therapy
table
The guide bar of the therapy table is
inserted into the receptacle mounted
underneath the arm cushion (fig. 38)
and secured with the clamping screw
(fig. 38/
).
Regarding this assembly on the right
and left side is possible.
Loosening the locking screw (fig. 38/
allows the therapy table to be swung to
the side (fig. 39).

5.4 Lap belt

The lap seatbelt is used to strap-in the
person sitting in the wheelchair.
– Additional stabilisation of the sitting
position.
– Prevents the user from falling for-

wards out of the wheelchair.
– Continuous adjustment to suit the
user's needs.
The lap seatbelt is screwed on, from the
outer side, to the left and right backrest
holders. The assembly is carried out as
shown (fig. 39.1).
