Turning On A Message Waiting Light

If your LCD speakerphone is designated as a central message desk by
the system or has message wait originate ability, you can turn on the
message waiting light of any other telephone. This lets that telephone
user know that you have a message for him.
• To turn on the message waiting light at another telephone
when that station is busy,
— hear the busy tone and remain on the line,
— press NEXT,
— press MSG,
— hang up.The message waiting light of called station will flash.
• To turn on the message waiting light at another telephone
when that station rings with no answer,
— hear ringing,
— press MSG,
— hang up. The message waiting light of called station will flash.
• To turn off the message waiting light at a busy or idle station
before its user gets the message,
— press ITCM,

— dial
3,
— dial extension number of station that was alerted. The
message waiting light of called station will turn off.
• To turn off the message waiting light during
message-delivering conversation,
— press ITCM.
• To receive a message at your station,
— observe your flashing message waiting light,
— press ITCM, then press HOLD. Connection to station that
left message is automatic.
