Causes
The number of fax jobs in
memory has reached the limit,
so new jobs cannot be stored.
Fax
• No destination is
registered in the
selected Speed Dial.
• You have attempted
to redial, but there is
no any redial data
(history).
Scanner
The selected destination is
not registered to a scan
destination list.
"Fax No. Confirmation" is set to
"On", and the numbers entered
for confirmation does not match
the initially-entered numbers.
The paper for combine copy,
duplex copy, or ID Card copy is
not loaded.
A6 and custom size paper are
not supported.
Legal paper is not supported.
An unsupported USB device is
connected.
USB hubs are not supported.
Solutions
Wait until pending jobs have been
transmitted.
Fax
Enter the fax number manually.
Scanner
Register the scan destination with
Smart Organizing Monitor.
Make sure the numbers match.
Load the appropriate size paper.
• Load the ADF with paper other than
A6 or custom size paper.
• Scan the originals using the exposure
glass.
• Load the exposure glass with paper
other than legal paper.
• Scan the originals using the ADF.
Disconnect the USB device.
USB Flash drives is supported.
Disconnect the hub.
