7 ADJUSTING THE SALINITY OF THE BREWING WATER (Kwts)
With a view to obtaining the best "quality in the cup", the taste of the brewing water may
be varied by adjusting its salts concentration.

8 PROGRAMMING OF COFFEE DOSES (K-Kwts-S-M-C-B)
Through the guided making of single sample coffees and the setting of doubling factors,
the desired doses on each of the four automatic keys for each group may be stored.
This is done through the Basic Programming.

PROGRAMMING OF NIGHT CYCLE (K-Kwts-S-M-C-B)
Through the setting of a time of day, the machine enters into a state of partial operation
during which the temperature in the boiler is kept at a very low temperature
(preheating temperature) and buttons with automatic dosing are not enabled.
Only the manual dosing buttons can be operated.
When this period of time has elapsed, the machine resumes normal operation.
This is done through the Basic Programming.
