What to do if...

Use a torx 20 screwdriver to remove the cover.

Remove and clean the metal frame and the seal.
4.
Replace the lamp with a suitable 300 °C heat-resistant lamp.
Use the same oven lamp type.
5.
Install the metal frame and the seal. Tighten the screws.
6.
Install the left shelf support.

The appliance does not
heat up.

The oven lamp does not
operate.
If you cannot find a solution to the problem yourself, contact your dealer or the service
centre.
The necessary data for the service centre is on the rating plate. The rating plate is on the
front frame of the appliance cavity.

Model (MOD.)
Product number (PNC)
Serial number (S.N.)
Possible cause
The appliance is deactivated.
The clock is not set.
The necessary settings are not set.
The Child Lock is activated.
The fuse is released.
The CT Sensor plug is not correctly
installed into the socket.
The oven lamp is defective.
Remedy
Activate the appliance.
Set the clock.
Check the settings.
Refer to "Deactivating the Child
Lock".
Make sure that the fuse is the
cause for the malfunction. If the
fuse releases again and again, re-
fer to an authorized electrician.
Put the plug of core temperature
sensor as far as possible into the
socket.
Refer to "Replacing the oven
lamp".
