Adjust the Ring Volume

Select "Sound & Alerts.

Select "Volume".

Set Different Ring Signals for Calls

Select "Sound & Alerts".

Select "Ring signals".
Different signals for internal calls, external calls and call back can be set.

Select "Internal call", "External call", or "Callback". The cordless telephone has 14
different ring signals.
Note: Additional ring signals might be selectable if them are configured via PDM/
Device Manager. See Configuration Manual, Aastra DT390/DT69x DECT Telephones,
TD 92503EN.

Select sound. By pressing "Play" it is possible to listen to the different sounds.

Press "Back".
Set Alert for Messages

Select "Message alert". Different message alerts can be selected. The cordless
telephone has 8 different message alerts.

Select message alert from list. By pressing "Play" it is possible to listen to the
different sounds.

Select the wanted message alert from the list. By pressing "Play" it is possible to
listen to the different alerts.
TIP: The option Custom sound should be selected you want to create an own message alert.
