4. Slide the memory expansion module and the server back into the rack, if
necessary.
5. Turn on the peripheral devices and the host server
Replacing the memory expansion module system-board tray
To confirm that the memory expansion module supports the system-board tray
that you are installing, see http://www.ibm.com/systems/info/x86servers/
serverproven/compat/us/.
To replace the system-board tray, complete the following steps:
1. Read "Safety" on page v and "Installation guidelines" on page 38.
2. Grasp the system-board tray on both sides (near the stop-tabs) and align the
system-board tray with the chassis.
3. Slide the system-board tray forward until the tabs at the bottom of the handles
touch the chassis; then, close the handles and press firmly on the release latches
to snap them into the locked position.
4. Replace the bezel (see "Replacing the memory expansion module bezel" on
page 92).
