1. Turn the fuel valve to the ON.
2. In cold
weather
and when
the
engine is cold, pull the choke knob
to the CLOSE position.
NOTE:
Do not use the choke
if
the
engine
is warm
or the
air
a
temperature
is high.

3. Move the throttle
lever about 30
degrees
from
the
extreme
right
(idle position).
