Highlight the box beside Working From/Working To and then press # to set up
the time span of the automatic archive.
To save your changes, highlight OK and then press # . Select Cancel to exit the
screen without saving changes.
Select Manual to display a screen where you setup manual archive parameters.

Highlight the boxes beside From and To and then press # to set up the archive
start and stop times and dates.
After you set the archive start and stop parameters, highlight Archive Now and
then press # .
To end the archive process at any time, highlight Stop and then press # .
Note
The Stop button only displays during archiving.
Note
If you have a large quantity of recorded video to archive, either
stop recording or reset the recording speed. The oldest date to
be archived might be overwritten if the hard disk is full.
