Selecting 3G Only will result in the device not dropping back to 2G if the 3G signal is
lost. This option is recommended as people with a hearing aid or cochlear implant
are likely to experience interference by way of an audible buzz when they travel
away from a 3G coverage area and their handset reverts to GSM.
