10.12 How to Connect to a Bluetooth Device
Bluetooth is used as a wireless connection for headsets, hands free car kits and
computers. Not all applications or devices are supported. Bluetooth is an open forum
and manufacturers choose which functions to implement.
The handset supports Bluetooth 1.2 with Handsfree, Headset, FTP and DUN profiles.
Consult the other device for compatibility, connection issues and to find the pairing
password.
Please follow the process carefully. Connecting to a Bluetooth device first time around
requires authentication where both devices share a password.
When the devices are paired and connected the process is more automatic.
