8.2.6 How to Import Contacts from Microsoft Outlook
•
Launch Microsoft Outlook, have Join Me running and connected to the handset.
•
Note, at the end of the import process Outlook can shut down. Please save any
information beforehand.
•
Make sure you are on the Phonebook tab in Join Me, see image in 8.2.5 above.
•
Right click anywhere on the Contacts grid and select Import From Microsoft Outlook.
•
Only contacts in the root folder (Contacts) of Outlook will be copied
•
The following fields are imported from Outlook to Join Me as below:
