How to chose the burner
Above every knob there is a symbol for the
corresponding burner.
For better cooking results, always chose pans
which properly fit to the diameter of the burner
used (fig. 9).
We advise to lower the flame as soon as the
liquid starts boiling.
For a right ignition keep the burner ring and
the sparklers always clean.
The following diameters containers can be
used:
rapid burner 2,60kW - min. 180 mm
semi-rapid burner 2,00kW - min. 120 mm
auxiliary burner 1,00kW - min. 80 mm
3. Accessories delivered
appliance
Beside the accessories delivered with the
appliance we advise you to use only heat
proof pots (according to the instructions of the
manufacturer).
Your cooker is equipped with (fig. 10 for the
model ZC5500 and 11 for the model
ZC5500G):
•
a grate, pan support for putting the dishes
on (roast, pastry moulds ...)
•
a roasting tray-enamelled steel
It is used to collect juice when cooking in it,
place it on the shelf 2.
The dish has to be put in the middle of the
grate to balance the weight.
•
backing tray.
If you do not use the backing tray, remove it
from the oven.
•
a protective screen (only for the model
ZC5500G)
It is used for when using the grill.
