When there is a call to the boss, it is announced on the secretary's phone
and the display shows:
<Name of the boss> Redirect
67609 Alice
Reject
In the example above Alice with extension number 67609 is calling the
boss.
To answer the call in the secretary's phone:
• Lift the handset
or
• Press the speaker key (to answer in handsfree mode)
From the phone of the boss
Activate the Boss-Secretary feature from the telephone of the boss.
• Press the PEN key.
The PEN key lamp is lit and Profile 1 is shown in the display on the
phone of the boss.
The PEN key lamp is lit on the secretary's phone.
When there is a call to the boss, it is announced on the secretary's phone
as shown above.
Deactivate the Boss - Secretary feature.
From the secretary's phone
Deactivate the Boss-Secretary feature from the secretary's phone
• Press the PEN key associated to the boss.
The PEN key lamp is turned off on the secretary's phone.
The PEN key lamp is turned off and Profile 2 is shown in the
display on the phone of the boss.
When there is a call to the boss, it is announced on the phone of the
boss.
