Day is incorrect W86111. How do reset it. Tried reprogramming but the day doesn't reset to the correct day. Won't reset automatically after 24 hours, even pulling batteries didn't work. It's there some way to get correct day. Everything else is ok

To reset the day on a La Crosse W86111, follow these steps:

1. Enter the time-setting mode by pressing and holding the appropriate button.
2. Navigate through the settings using the + or - buttons until you reach the date adjustment.
3. Adjust the date correctly, ensuring the correct month and year are set, as the day is automatically determined based on these values.
4. Confirm each setting with the °F/°C button.
5. Exit the setting mode, and the correct day should display.

If the day is still incorrect, ensure the atomic clock function is enabled and allow time for it to sync.
