Defining Conference type

Conferencing features vary depending on your companies needs. The CRS
facilitates these needs by offering a selection of conference types to select from.
These include:
Meet Me Direct (also known as level 1 & 2)
Meet Me Secure (also known as level 3)
Meet Me Operator Assisted
Dial Out Operator
Self Dial
Volunteer Alert
Management Alert
Crisis Alert
Note:
For more information on conference types, see "Working with Conference
Types" on page 87. For more information about alerts, see the Alert
Conferencing Administrator Guide, which is included in the Avaya
CS7000 Conferencing Server documentation suite.

Setting Moderator privileges

Select whether or not a moderator can be assigned in the conference. When the
moderator option is selected, the Super PIN code field is enabled. Use this to
enter a unique PIN code for the conference moderator. When a participant enters
conference using this PIN access code, they automatically assume moderator
privileges.

Setting Time Zone

This defaults to the time zone selected for the client, in the Client Account dialog.
Once selected all subsequent conference reservations are based on this time
zone. This can be modified when creating a conference reservation.
