To record from an HDV compatible device
You can record and edit pictures from an HDV
compatible VCR. Use your camcorder as a
recorder and connect it to an HDV compatible
device using the i.LINK cable (supplied).

camcorder.
On this camcorder (recorder), select the
(IN/OUT REC) menu, [VCR HDV/DV], then
[AUTO] (p. 69) before connecting.
