Personal Group Distribution Lists
A Personal Group Distribution List is used to send the same message to several
mailboxes in a single operation. Up to four lists can be maintained with each list
containing up to twenty mailbox members.

Deleting Group Distribution Members
This feature is used to delete group members from a Group Distribution List.
Members can be deleted individually or they can all be deleted at the same time.
