Checking and Setting External Message Delivery Status 3.7
After recording external delivery messages, you can check the delivery schedule
or review the specified recipients. You can only listen to this report if the
messages have not yet been delivered. After listening, you have the option of
deleting messages or changing schedules.

• The System Administrator or the System Manager must authorise this
feature before it can be used.
