≥This Movie Camera can also play back
the Mega-Pixel still pictures up to
2560k1920 size recorded with the
other equipment. However it takes
longer than usual time, and the picture
may not be playable.
≥When playing back a nonstandardized
file, the Folder-File Number may not be
displayed.
≥In the following cases, black bars may
appear, depending on the playback
device.
≥When playing back a mega-pixel
still-picture with this Movie Camera
and recording it onto a tape
≥Changing the picture size to
640k480 with DV STUDIO
≥When playing back the MPEG4 moving
picture with fast moving subject or
zooming operation, the image seem to
stop momentarily, or a mosaic like
pattern may appear. This is not a
malfunction.
≥MPEG4 data cannot perform
Cue/Review Playback, Slow Motion
Playback (forward direction and
reverse direction), Still Advance
Playback (forward direction and
reverse direction) or Jog Playback.
≥Our Movie Camera products NV-MX8,
NV-MX350 and NV-EX21 cannot play
back the MPEG4 data recorded with
[SUPERFINE] or [FINE].
≥The Voice data can be played back
with our Movie Camera products
NV-MX8, NV-MX350, NV-EX21,
NV-GX7, NV-MX500 and others, while
it is not available with our Movie
Camera product (NV-MX7) which has
the music playback function,
SD-Jukebox and IC recorder
(RR-XR320) supported SD Memory
Card.
≥For the MPEG4 moving pictures
recorded by another equipment, [k]
may be displayed when they are
played back. If the [1] Button is
pressed in this case, [!] will be
displayed for a few seconds and the
next image will be displayed.
≥If an MPEG4 moving picture is played
continuously for a long time, the
playback may stop in the midway and
the Movie Camera may freeze while a
still picture is being displayed. Under
the condition, press the [RESET]
Button.
Others
≥When performing Cue or Review
Playback of a voice data, the Playback
elapsed time may not correspond to
the actual recording time of the Voice
data.
≥The MPEG4 or voice data cannot be
output from the DV Terminal.
≥When playing back a MPEG4 or voice
data recorded by another equipment, a
part of the playback elapsed time may
be indicated as [--].
≥If you attempt to play back a file
recorded by another equipment, the [k]
Indication may appear and the
playback may not be possible. Or
during playback, the the [k] Indication
may appear, the playback picture may
be presented in a time-lapse-like
mannar, or the picture and the sound
may not synchronize.
ª Voice Power Save
≥Voice Power Save Function is to turn
off the monitor to reduce the power
consumption when no operation is
done in the Voice Recording Mode.
When [VOICE POWER SAVE] on the
[OTHER FUNCTIONS1] Sub-Menu on
the [CAMERA FUNCTIONS]
Main-Menu, or on the
[OTHER FUNCTIONS] Sub-Menu on
the [CARD FUNCTIONS] Main-Menu,
is set to [ON], the power save function
is activated, and the screen turns off in
a few seconds after some operations
such as play or recording.
≥The Voice Power Saving Function is
cancelled when any operation is
performed.
≥Do not forget to turn off the power.
ª Recording a Card Image on a
Tape
≥When recording the Card Image on a
Tape, its size is transformed into
720k576 according to the DV format.
≥If you attempt to record a still picture
with a large image size on a Tape,
there may be a reduction in the quality
of the image.
≥When recording the Card Images on a
Tape, a Photoshot index signal is
automatically recorded with a picture.
≥Even if you edit the Slide Show, it is not
applied to the order in copying the
pictures.
≥The MPEG4 data and the Voice data
cannot be recorded on a Tape.
