Settings for incoming documents

This function is used to determine how incoming documents should be
processed. You can print the documents immediately, forward to other fax
machines, store in a personal mailbox or move to other mailboxes.
1 Press [INITIAL SETTING] in the
Administrator Management
display.
2 Press the [FUNC.] and
[RECEIVED DOCUMENT] tabs.
3 Select the required mode and
follow the instructions on the
display.
