Confidential Polling Reception

This function is used to poll documents from another
machine, as long as the documents have been stored in the relevant box.
1 Press [FAX] on the control panel.
2 Press the [FAX MENU], [BULTN:]
and [RETRIEVE] tabs.
3 Select the destination using the
numeric keypad, one-touch or
speed dial.
❍ If you dial using the one-touch
or speed dial, the F Code must
already be stored.
4 Use the numeric keypad to enter
the telephone number and press
[F CODE].
5 Press [F CODE (SEP.)].

If necessary, press
[F CODE P/W (81D/PWD)] and
enter the F Code password
using the numeric keypad.
