To print a confidential document

On the System User Box tab, touch [Secure Print User Box].

Type in the ID for the confidential document, and then click [OK].

Type in the password for the confidential document, and then click
[OK].
A list of received documents appears.
Why does the desired document not appear?

by the printer driver are displayed.
