Storing Numbers

Storing Speed Dial Numbers

Press Menu/Set, 2, 3, 1.

Enter a two-digit Speed Dial number, and
then press Menu/Set.

Enter a number (up to 20 digits), and then
press Menu/Set.

Enter a name (or leave it blank), and then
press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.

Dialing Operations

Speed Dialing

Place the original face up in the ADF, or
face down on the Speed Dial number.

Press Search/Speed Dial, press #, then
press the two-digit Speed Dial number.

Press Start.
Search/Speed Dial
1
Place the original face up in the ADF, or
face down on the Speed Dial number.

Press Search/Speed Dial, then enter the
first letter of the name you're looking for.

to search the memory.

Press Fax Start. When the LCD shows the
name you want to call.

Making a Single Copy

Place the original face down in the ADF, or
face down on the scanner glass.

Press Copy.
Sorting Multiple Copies
(Using the ADF)

Place the original face up in the ADF.

Use the dial pad to enter the number of
copies you want (up to 99).

Press Options.

to select OPT:STACK/SORT,
and then press Menu/Set.
